Tactics

  • Complete an energy, waste, and carbon audit to measure, track, and reduce the school’s carbon footprint, further decreasing costs and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Invest in boarding facilities to enhance their significance in the SAC experience, including exploring the development of new spaces like a Grade 12 house and wellness/leadership facilities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive professional learning, training, and growth program across all school areas to support career goals, personal satisfaction, and succession planning.
