- Invest in boarding facilities to enhance their significance in the SAC experience, including exploring the development of new spaces like a Grade 12 house and wellness/leadership facilities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive professional learning, training, and growth program across all school areas to support career goals, personal satisfaction, and succession planning.
