The college seeks an exceptional educator to teach Grades 10 through 12 Communication Technology and Visual Arts courses. A deep understanding of Adobe products, specifically expertise in Photoshop and its complimentary applications, is essential for this role.
The Head of Art will collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and resources, establish department goals, and pursue experiential learning opportunities and professional development. The Head of Art will ensure compliance with the Ministry of Education’s expectations and will guide and mentor new faculty within the Art Department.

Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor of Education with Senior Arts qualifications and are preferably certified to teach in Ontario or in pursuit of this designation. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and demonstrate the ability to contribute to the many facets of school life, including extra-curricular responsibilities. Competitive coaching experience is an asset. Additionally, we seek candidates with a demonstrated willingness to participate in and lead community EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) initiatives. Further, the school seeks teachers who are also interested in supporting the school administration through their expertise in data innovation.
