Math teacher - LTO

We invite applications for an LTO contract opportunity at St. Andrew’s College in the role of Math teacher reporting to the Deputy Head of School. This LTO position will commence in early April 2025 and end in June 2025.
 
The college seeks an exceptional educator to teach senior-level math courses, including Grade 10 Math and Advanced Functions.

Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor of Education with Senior Math qualifications and are preferably certified to teach in Ontario or in pursuit of this designation. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and demonstrate the ability to contribute to the many facets of school life, including extra-curricular responsibilities. Competitive coaching experience, ideally rugby, will prove to be a strong asset for applicants. Additionally, we seek candidates with a demonstrated willingness to participate in and/or lead community EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) initiatives. Further, the school seeks teachers who are also interested in supporting the school administration through their expertise in the area of data innovation.
